Wow! Inarguably amazing pastry’s and coffee. Great price point. If you’re in Lindsay you have to come here!
Everything is amazing. Finally a real bakery in Lindsay! The online ordering is a fantastic business model and ensures you'll get exactly the items you're craving!
Mickael has all the qualifications to be the best businessman on this planet. Kind, Considerate, Caring, Passionate, Honest. These are only some of Mikael's ingredients that make a wonderful bakery. After that then is all his baked goods. Now just think of what it would be if you were in France going to a bakey. Well think no further "That Bakery" is live and it is fantastic.
Thank you Mickael for giving us the taste of france and for helping the community (Shelters) You are an excellent Baker as well as an very important ingredient to the town of Lindsay. Keep up the good work and thank you for being you...
I am really picky about my bread, and extra picky about my croissants, and Mickael's bakery is the best i've found in the Peterborough area for both. And i've tried lots!... Their Country Multigrain is a whole grain sourdough that is still fluffy, chewy and crunchy all at once. i've never been to France, but this is close...
I drove in from Peterborough to check them out. I bought some of their buttery smooth croissants and tried one of their breads. The croissants were baked a mahogany brown as they should be with a fine crumb. The bread ( day old, as a professional Baker/pastry chef for 25 years I know day old bread is always better than same day) was exceptionally tasty with a fine structure and made wonderful toast. I like a good ferment. Well done.
