Thank you Kyle for assisting me today. You just made my last year at University much easier. I appreciated the ways in which you took the time to explain the different features of Mac ????. The transition from an hp is hard enough. All the other staff were amazing as well. I will never regret spending $2000,00 at Lindsay’s location. I’m glad I kept shopping local today.

John was the customer service person who assisted me and my son today. My son needed a laptop for high school. We came into the store to purchase one particular laptop but left purchasing another on John's recommendation as it was on sale and would cost the same as the one we were going to buy and would better serve my son's needs and hopefully last him even longer. John saw us looking at the computers and he came over to assist quickly after we were there. We did not have to go looking or wait for help. He answered all our questions and he was very friendly and efficient. He was not pushy or in a hurry. We got everything we needed including the warranty protection and we were in and out of the store within 30 min. I could not be happier with our experience and I wish to commend John for his assistance today and commend his colleague Billy for his previous assistance he has given us many times in the past. I've spoken to many IT customer service personnel at the Lindsay Staples many times in all the years we've been living in the area and I've always had a good experience. This store understands that convenience and competitive prices may get people in the door but it is great customer service that seals the deal and keeps people like me coming back. I love that the Customer Service personel can explain the techy world to laypeople like me and don't get impatient. Keep up the great work Lindsay Staples!

Fabulous experience.
I recently was in to purchase large quantities of items for a local initiative. Andrew, Arora, Patti and Wendi were all extremely helpful and actually did much of the shopping for/with me. They boxed everything up and had me outta there quickly. So happy and very thankful.

Today it was to buy ink cartridges and I had no problem finding what I need and check out was quick. The clerk was very friendly competent and I was on my way in no time.
