I can’t begin to say enough positives about Jim. He inspected a home I was purchasing in Peterborough. This is my first home and I was a bit unsure what to expect. Jim took extra time to make sure that I understood every aspect of the good and the bad of the home as he was inspecting it. I truly learnt a lot from our walk through of the property. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can really tell he knows this stuff. Jim even took time to stay back and chat with me after the inspection to give me some home maintenance tips. If you are looking for a home inspector, stop your search. Jim should be your first call.

Jim recently preformed a home inspection for me. It was short notice and thankfully, he made himself available. He was very thorough and informative. He did a walk through with me and explained everything that needed to be fixed and addressed safety hazards. Jim was able to complete our purchase inspection on about a two day notice. We had the report in our email only a few hours post inspection! He was extremely thorough and informative. Jim was recommended to me for my property home inspection. This was a very last min. request but he was able to meet my quick timelines, was on time and very thorough. Even though this was a fairly new property (2 years old) he was able to catch a few things that the seller will fix.
