Rick is nice and knowledgeable. Seems professional and offers a quality product. Some of the other reviews don't seem too favorable, but we might give it a chance anyway.

Great family run business. We would highly recommend them.
They made it easy to pick and design our house. Even had a designer come in and help us. I would give them five stars for that.
But since our house has been delivered. It is another story. Our house was delivered the first week of October. It is still not complete!!!!! We had nothing but heartache.
We are hoping and praying that things will change.
The bones of our house is good. It just needs to be FINISHED.

The service I received from Rick and Andrew at Lakewood Custom Homes was top notch. Every question asked was answered promptly, I was able to get accurate project estimates and project scope which was incredibly helpful. Though we didn't end up choosing Lakewood as our custom home dealer, their support and expertise was pivotal during this early phase of our journey toward building a home. I would recommend Lakewood in a heartbeat.
