(August 27, 2020, 5:28 pm)The strip itself isn't particularly large but there is a lot to do in the area including little shops and walking paths/bridges. There's a fully equipped playground, skate park and picnic tables surrounding it. The fountain makes the area that much more scenic and the water is relatively shallow, limiting safety concerns. A great place to spend a morning or afternoon.

(October 26, 2019, 3:44 pm)Beautiful little beach. My daughter and I rode our bikes here from Peterborough. This was a great spot to stop, recharge and let my little grandson have some time out of the chariot before biking back home!
