He first came to see my space, and provide my with the best options for both my home, and my budget. He worked around my schedule to arrange a time for the install. While installing the unit he was very professional, and left no mess behind. I absolutely love my new fireplace! Not only is it beautiful and adds value to my home, but it is also highly functional, and keeps my home nice and toasty during these cold winter months. I highly recommend Tim, and Holmes Heating Solutions, for any of your heating and HVAC needs. It is so nice to deal with a person who is honest and puts their heart into their work.
