Butter tarts were delicious they even do gluten free pizza which I definitely will be trying next.

Great little bakery. Yummy pies and butter tarts!!! And lets not forget the fresh homemade breads!
If your out this way, you have to stop.

Great roadside stop on the way back from Balsam Lake with the family. We ordered fries and poutine which turned out to be way more food than we needed. Friendly people and we enjoyed the shade under the trees on a hot day after the beach.

Kawartha slices and more is a bakery with homemade desserts bread and pizza. Along with local goodies. It also holds handmade arts for sale. The staff is lovely and woman run. Tea and coffee is on the house. There is also an antique store around the side and a food vendor outside.
