From an initial email in which she responded very quickly and subsequent emails in the same manner to my order being delivered the next day which was a surprise to us. This was because we had connected with her to make payment!!! See this is what makes a huge difference when all businesses (small or large) do a great job and don't take potential customers for granted. Thanks again, well done!
