While still panicking because we tried everything the internet said to try in terms of getting down a drone (ladder/ball/frisbee) we gave Jeff a call and within the hour, he was here with his gear, up the tree, and got our drone back. So thank you Jeff and living legacy treecare so much. You saved my favourite Christmas gift.
