I needed some help with a large old Ash tree in my backyard that had a lot of dead branches. I reached out to Singing Tree to find out what could be done for it. I scheduled a time and Isaak came out to see me. He gave me the prognosis for the tree was dying and would eventually need to come down. I wasn't ready to take the whole thing down yet, so we offered to take down the dead and dangerous breaches, leaving the majority of the Ash standing.
I'm happy with the outcome and now should be able to get at least a couple more years out of it. Singing Tree was great. Their staff were friendly and professional, and I didn't feel bullied into a decision. Instead Isaak took the time to patiently listen to my concerns and explain his without pressuring me.
