WOW great fish fry...l ll be back
It is more of public use hall. After my Uncle Ron Baxter was laid to rest on January 1st/2019, there was a reception here. About 14 years ago, Ron and Ora Baxter had their 50th. Anniversary in the same hall. It is not a very big place but we had a huge number of people stuffed in it after his funeral and the food was brought in from Subway since it was the only one open that day. There was food galore with endless amounts of coffee. Even thought we were packed in, it was truly a friendly and wonderful time reminiscing about Ron who was a truly community and family minded person. He had served about 30 years on Town Council and 25 years on Arkona's Fire Department, and raised 3 very fine daughters and was involved in sports programs. Yes, I would recommend that little hall behind the fire hall in a flash.
