(November 25, 2018, 3:45 pm)I had just taken ownership of a home in Grand Bend but wasn't yet moved in, it was winter and the furnace didn't work. They took care of everything, including putting a portable heater in there to ensure no water freezing, until a new unit arrived to be installed. They've since installed a gas fireplace and tankless hot water heater for me, both great jobs.
