I have been trying to get ahold of this company since July of this year, I have called them, emailed them, texted them, they wont get back to me. I have never dealt with a company in my 26 year career that treats its clients so poorly.
Our experience was great. They were able to fix our handpiece which was misdiagnosed by our previous laser repair shop.

We had a good experience with The Laser Whisperer. Ken was able to answer questions and always responded to emails promptly. Our Quanta Laser was fixed quickly when we had limited help from other companies. He was very knowledgeable with Cutera and Quanta Technology.
