  Staff was very helpful and friendly with my large order. Even when I asked the young lady to take out the plain donuts from the boxes. My fault didn't know they still made them.

  Coffee was made right. Delicious. However the guy couldn't seem to be able to scan my digital tim card and didn't really care... I have loyalty cards for just about everywhere... I like being rewarded for loyalty... I wasnt at this location and no apologies were made. Will not be returning to this location again.

  Was sheltered here as the snow storm was causing whiteout conditions. The staff was stuck too but did an amazing job keeping us all warm and happy. (The OPP has just finished escorted a bunch of us to a community shelter now.)

The service is absolutely discussing and yes they do get the orders mixed up.This is the worst Tim Hortons and believe me we do go to several. This has not been once but several times we drop in because the Tim's in Petrolia closes before the Cabrera is over and if you do make it on time there selection is very limited.
