Went to John on recommendation from my own mechanic for two vehicles
Price was higher than I expected and First Nations point of sale tax exemption was not honoured. We were told to apply to Indian affairs for reimbursement. On taking both vehicles in for oil changes the mechanic pointed out several areas that had not been undercoated.
Have contacted Pro fleet. Will update review once resolved.
UPDATE
John came to our place examined the vehicles and although he insisted that the spray was done right and just appeared dry because of accumulated road dust, he resprayed both vehicles (no charge) and promised to look into First Nations point of sale tax exemption for future services.
