For the life of me, I can't remember the lady who helped me on New year's eve, 2019. Just wanted to let you know, she definitely went above and beyond. Short story, I was turned away on the U.S. side and delayed for 7hrs. This rep contacted multiple cities, multiple broker locations trying to help me out. Even though she really had zero responsibility to do so as a rep on the Canadian side. You could tell she definitely had experience and knowledge, with how to attack this situation, I was dealing with. From a person who has run multiple million dollar business/ location's and having hired well over 3000 people in my time, she is definitely an asset to your company and me that evening; she's definitely a keeper and shouldn't be allowed to leave your company at whatever cost! 60 days later, and I'm still thinking about that evening and her undying customer support!
