Their clothes are high in quality and very worth what you pay for, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the store has an overall good welcoming environment!

Why is it they never answer their phone? They are open yet the phone rings for over 20 rings and no one ever picks up. Good customer service is not only in store but includes picking up the phone to answer questions should the need arise. Terrible .

Avoided this "trendy" store for years. After buying expensive jeans that didn't last, I gave them a try.
Getting half off a second pair of $60 jeans, means I get two for the price of one pair of Levi's. And dang, they're WAY more comfortable. Already lasting longer than the $90 pair of jeans I previously bought elsewhere.
The 50% off ANY second item is awesome, too.
Plus every 5 pairs, I get a coupon for a free pair of jeans? I see no reason to look elsewhere.

Well priced comfortable jeans.

It can be a little pricey compared to the other stores in the mall, but the store is always really clean and organized, it's really easy to browse and find sizes, and the sale section is always amazing! The staff are pretty friendly and I LOVE that AE supports the It Gets Better project for the LGBTQA+ community.

I love this store. I can always get great deals. My favourite place to get my son clothes for christmas. They have great deals, and the best jeans and shirts.
