Belfor was at my home an hour after calling my insurance company, I had a sump pump failure, causing flooding in my basement. The crews that came into my home were very professional, friendly, efficient, and mindful of my dogs. Belfor also took on my basement repairs with the same quality of service as the clean up, with excellent quality of work. Numerous small things also were done (which wasn’t part of the job), Belfor went the extra mile to help me! I have referred Belfor to friends as I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again. I highly recommend using Belfor Sarnia. I was fixing our house and noticed fine hairs in the plaster. Nervous I had exposed myself to asbestos, I called Kevin from Belfor and he came over and took a sample to be tested straight away. Professional, friendly and timely, Kevin made our job a priority and thankfully there was no asbestos. Thanks again for the excellent service and going above and beyond.

We had a major storm that caused a flood in our finished basement at the end of May. As soon as I talked to my insurance company, Belfor called us minutes later to set up a plan. Despite having hundreds of other houses to deal with that day they still made sure they made it to us to start the emergency clean up. Every member of the team was very professional and courteous. The project assistant, Jessica, gave me her cell phone and email right away so communication was very easy. Great experience all around!
