This company headed by "Richard" was totally professional , in that he stood 100% behind his quote to me. He and his workers showed up exactly when he said they would ( how often does that happen these days ? ). They did all of the work described in contract to a great degree, no short cuts. They are all very hard workers and did an excellent clean up job. I have no doubts about recommending them to anyone. Richard is also very knowledgeable about all trees and willingly shares that info with you.

Positives: They responded quickly when I reached out for a quote, and were able to do the work within that week. The owner was very polite and professional. They cleaned up very well and did a good job removing dead branches and taking down a tree. There was a miscommunication about the dead branches that we wanted removed; they came back as soon as they could to remove branches at no extra cost.

Negatives: We were in a rush to get the work done, but realized afterwards that a quote from a company we had last year (Tri-County Tree Service) was fairly cheaper.

All in all, we are satisfied with the work done. Thank you for your great service.
