Champion Home Inspections

Being from out of town, Charles was recommended to us and we are very grateful for his services. We were looking at purchasing an older home and needed a home inspection. Charles was very knowledgeable, patient and was able to explain everything as he went along. He was also very detailed, took pictures of everything with descriptions. This was very helpful to us afterwards to see the visuals. Even after completion of his report, he was able to spend time with us to further answer our questions. I would most definitely recommend him.

Charles was not only immaculately professional but also a great guy to talk to. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to fit me in on very short notice for an urgent 25+ unit inspection.

Charles was referred to us by our real estate agent. We have had a few home inspectors over the years and thought nothing of it as they are "pretty much all the same". Wow were we blown away.. He was very very thorough looking at every little thing. He spent 2-3 hours looking at our house, in the past our home inspectors have spent 45 minutes. He noticed everything from the insulation to the identifying the type of ants outside to make sure they weren't carpenter ants.

I'm a contractor in the area and I was simply impressed with Charles knowledge on home construction. Very informative, very professional, and very thorough.
