(December 5, 2018, 6:10 am)Attended this store for the first time. Prices were reasonable but sales prices on these items were amazing. Great deals. Service from sales associate was exceptional. Products were well explained and valuable opinions were provided from a fashion and style perspective.
(February 4, 2015, 1:21 am)I purchased a pair of men's casual boots 3 weeks before Xmas . a month later on polishing same noticed a separation on the upper and the sole , returned them to the store went to the cashiers counter explained the situation to supervisor,didn't have my receipt with me and saying to myself, a big long winded confrontation here, quite the contrary,very polite and accommodating which you rarely get now a days explained to me we don,t have item in stock but would have me a pair of new boots within 3 to 4 days I said no problem .that was on Tuesday.on Wednesday at exactly the same time 24 hrs. later UPS delivered a brand new pair of boots delivered to my door. couldn't believe it .My hats off to you people.I will be back to buy more footwear and I have told this good service to anyone I meet.Tony Doyle Sarnia Ont.
