Robert the manager has no work ethic or experience in his line of work he always passes his work off to krystle as if she dont have enough on her plate. She will call her husband michael if she cant complete a maintenance task witch in most cases she can! Sometimes she needs her husband to come help.

Michael was here the other week and made the property look beautiful as Robert was sitting inside of his vehicle and smoking cigarettes with his son watching michael do his work for him. I offered michael a bottle of water witch he politely declined because he focusing on working and wanting the property to look better for us he was working in the heat and then it started to rain down on him and he kept at it until it was done. I've been here years and never have seen this property look this good he was inside of the bushes and cleaned what he could reach around cars in the recycling area removed the bins cleaned out behind them even chopped some weeds he walked the hole property from front to back a hard working man I can see why krystle is with him.

Robert will clam he does everything from lubricating the buildings locks to maintenance tasks like screening windows and patio sliding doors and us tenants all see michael and krystle doing it if not for krystle nothing would be as good as it is today because krystle and her husband michael and the shoulders that 269 and 275 finch drive rest on and those two should be proud of themselves for all the hard work they put in to keep us happy.

I've seen the London road property if I I could afford it I would transfer to the property it is Immaculate and stunningly beautiful great work michael.

Decent building for the price....needs better lighting in parking lots and sidewalks...

It is good but there is definitely room for improvement in lots of areas just like most apartments though the elevators act up quite a bit and are down more then often or sometimes not a huge deal though but kinda annoying the location is meh especially if you don't have a car or Bus pass but still tolerable if you get a bike, Also you have to clean on a daily basis no matter what but not a big deal the inside of the apartment gets a little bit dirty sometimes like the hallways and stuff have a stench and weed lolz yess ( : the stairs are also kinda run down and not clean but its not a big deal just giving my thoughts in detail as best i can on it but all in all it is not that bad honestly and is alright its an apartment the people are friendly its also very affordable stay and the place is actually clean you just have too take care of it a little bit extra on that is all honestly i don't know what other people think about it but im pretty clean and tidy person and i think its pretty good honestly for what it is and what you get for the price as well is very good and affordable the inside just needs to be taken care of a little bit more and maintained all in all its good no real major concerns like cockroaches and bugs at least not for me ever and thank the lord lol absolutely disgusting ( : but i also take really good care of the inside of my place really really well and clean a ton pretty much every couple days daily. And also in the summer and stuff you just spray cause you will get some ants here and there even if you're place is tidy as a palace but that happens anywhere honestly and with being other people in the building and other factors its not a big deal lol but once you spray you are set and its all good and clear to go so, you can also use like pepper or some other stuff as well to keep them away cause you will get some pretty much no matter what unfortunately with summer time especially of course / : yuuckk lol so just be aware but once you do spray there is no more worry's and is nice and back to normal so its fine.
