  So far I like it much better than my home gym. I very much dislike that showers aren't to be used when unstaffed. The personal training is fantastic but the cost is a little high in my opinion. My more local gym just has one or two free trainers that cycle around offering help when ever as part of their 60 dollar per month membership. Goodlife is a little cheaper at 40 per month but if you want a trainer you're pretty much at a car payment per month. I'm guessing after my first 3 personal trainer workouts I'll have to bail on the personal trainer. I make good money but I could have a 3rd car for the same price hahaha

  Jason was my personal trainer. He introduced me to the equipment and encouraged me to do me personal best. He made an intimidating experience very relaxed and comfortable. What an amazing staff member!!

  Really nice staff, good equipment, very helpful when re-entering the gym routine after not attending for a few years.

  Great place to work out. Great staff and friendly atmosphere. Always can find a space to work our or a machine to use even in the busy season.

  Nice and clean and very well maintained. The yoga chicks clog the parking lot ..leave room for seniors to get in Rexall- parking there means 92 year old parents have to walk from far end of lot as the yoga chicks and their suvs hog all the good parking spots.
