  Upping my prior rating based on my visit this evening (Thursday, September 20th at 7:30pm in case the Owner/Kenny reads and not the extra helper, the main employee on shift). She truly went above and beyond in answering a few questions and offered BRAND new information that has always been policy/a possibility yet I'm only just hearing of it now after 3 solid years of being a pretty constant customer (weeklybat a minimum). I really do appreciate the information she provided me with and only because of her, I won't waiver on looking for another location to frequent which I have tried a few and debated going further for better service regularly (sorry yovsay bitvits really gone downhill steadily). If all employees were even half as nice, helpful and courteous, I would never think of going elsewhere. I do hope Kenny reads this and gives props to this woman, she deserves it.

  Always greeted with a smile. Friendly familiar faces. Fast efficent service. Wonderful staff. And much more than expected in the store.
