Absolutely unbelievable experience here. From the moment you walk in the the moment you check out you feel welcomed and comfortable.

It does not matter if you are experienced or just starting out. They will treat you with the same level of respect and give you as much insight into their products as you can handle. I have gone in and asked about a dozen questions about different equipment and they've had the answer for it all. Not only do they answer what I'm asking, but they will offer comparison to similar equipment and the pros and cons of each. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are welcoming to newcomers (or intermediates like myself) to fishing. At no point did I feel uncomfortable asking "stupid questions".

While I was in the store I got to experience how they treated a long time fisherman. It was the same as how I was treated. I was honestly amazed at the consistency of respect they have for their customers and will absolutely be returning for this reason alone.

As for prices they often match or even beat the big stores. The selection is often rotating, but they always have the staples of what you need.

Absolutely would recommend shopping here. I find myself going out of my way to go here instead of other big stores just for the amazing customer service they offer.
