I’ve never experienced customer service like Brandon at Beyond Air provides
From sales and installation - to any time my network performance isn’t meeting my expectations to when I have changed my own equipment and simply asked Brandon for help
He is willing and able to come to my home at my convenience always showing up at the agreed to time and quickly addressing any issues.
I don’t feel like a cog in the system waiting at home from 9-5 for the service rep from the big multinational company
I feel like a valued customer who is treated with respect and provided the services agreed to in a professional and timely and well priced manner
