(September 11, 2018, 2:54 pm)I ordered fabric in February of this year; it mistakenly got packed into a box heading for our storage locker before I could open the package. I just last week opened it to find I had been sent the wrong fabric. On a long shot I emailed about it, fully expecting there to be nothing they could do about it since it had been so long, and it was definitely my own error for misplacing the parcel. Their customer service is above and beyond!! Not only are they going to send out the proper fabric from that order, but told me to keep the fabric sent in error. I will continue to purchase fabric from them as their customer service cannot be beat!
