Laura gave me a Bars session and it was transformational. It was like she gave me a drug that gave me a 3 month high. I was super inspired, full of energy, smiling and full of joy. My body aches subsided and I slept like a rock, not longer waking up with anxiety. It was a game changer for me along with the tools she gave me to use on my own.
