The team at Above and Beyond stand behind their products and stand up for their customers. We had a warranty issue with a hot tub cover for which the supplier really didn’t seem to want to resolve quickly. Joelle and Laurie really stepped up and had my back. They took care of my needs and solved my problem.

We bought a Beachcomber hot tub from them in 2012 and were so impressed with the service we received from Nicky, that we went back to buy a pool from them as well...
Superior service, a place that when you walk in they know you by name. If there any issues, Nicky makes sure that someone comes out to look at it the same day...Fantastic!! She was also kind enough to lend us one of their ladders until ours was put in...
Thanks again to everyone involved, we have already mentioned you to all our friends!!

Great service

This company installed a beautiful pool for us. Every single person from digging the hole to installing the winter cover was pleasant, respectful and out to please. The products are of high quality and the workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend Ian and his crew of great people, both in the shop and on the job, to do any project for you.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Everyone in their department is always a pleasure to deal and extremely helpful. I recently had a part failure on an older hot tub. They really went out of their way to help me find a perfect replacement part.

They did a great job installing my spa and helping us get the chemistry right
