Friendly service and a great price. I'm going back in the spring for new all-season tires.

Top Notch service and super friendly. Went out of their way to answer all my questions. I had an obscure problem with one of my rims and they spend extra time looking for it. They even called me the next day with another solution. All done on their own time. Competitive prices and friendly people.

I had an appointment booked at a different shop to have my winter tires put on. When I got there, they told me they were 3-4 hours behind schedule. I couldn't sit there and wait so I called cp rim and tire. They squeezed me in for later that day. I dropped off my car and went back about an hour later to pick it up. They apologized profusely as it had not been done yet. They asked if I could leave it with them for a bit longer but promised they would have it done by the end of the night. I didn't have a problem with this because I was going to be in town for a little while longer. I got a call 45 minutes later and they said it was done. I went in to pay and again he was apologizing profusely for the delay and insisted on giving me a discount.
The customer service here is excellent. Even though I live in kanata I will be coming back here!
