These people are the best!

In August 2018 I was driving from Ottawa to Owen Sound in a monsoon when my "flat tire" warning came on. I have run-flats on my SUV, so I was able to keep driving at 80 kph until Carleton Place. I pulled into Hank's Tire on highway 7 and Suzanne said they could probably fix the run-flat as long as I hadn't run on no air pressure. They took care of me right away, jacking my SUV outside in the monsoon (their bays were full with customers) and had it back on the car in 15 minutes! It was a roofing nail.

They saved my bacon and had me back on the road in no-time! These are the very best people, a local family business, and my experience dealing with them was 5-star. Thank you for being there!

I had the amazingly good fortune to blow a tire about 100m from the Carleton Place shop. I have unusual tires and they didn’t have stock but they called around and found a place in Ottawa. After they put my emergency tire on, they sent me on my way with good hopes for a safe trip and without charge!
These are really good folks and I hope that you do all your tire business with them.

Amazing...people..
Our boat tire blew on the side of the highway...they brought us a tire within 20 mins of calling right at the end of their work day. The tech who came was polite... and quick to help us.
