Lucy Zawalski is absolutely a breath of fresh air! She is a constant delight to speak with, she is always quick, and accurate. If I ever have any questions about my policy or renewal, she is right there to answer them and explain them to me! I have had many changes to my auto policy and home policy in the last few years and Lucy has always been there to help, guide, and apply her expertise. I believe she absolutely deserves awards and recognition! Mcdougall themselves have wonderful staff, the app is user friendly, emails and calls are responded to immediately, documents always arrive in a timely matter, I cannot even express how happy I am with this company and Lucy!
