Glad i got the larger tires and battery installed.
Right out of the box, 10 minutes assembling and figuring out how to use it, I began moving a Casita trailer into a very tight space between two boats. Then i made a ramp out of two boards, drove it right into the back of my Expedition. Got it home, put it in free wheeling mode walked it across the yard about 100ft, hitched up to my cargo trailer on wet grass and moved it into position for my Expedition to hitch up. This will save wear and tear on me and my Expedition for fetching and parking it tight spots. Awesome engineering, my neighbors couldn't believe this small package had so much power with safety is a built into the design. Absolutely beyond my expectations, I have been in Engineering for over 45years.

This is the perfect tool for moving a trailer or boat. I have both and for years I have struggled with getting them moved into that 'perfect' position. With the Parkit360, I'm able to maneuver each item into the exact spot I want. Best of all, after looking at all the other choices out there, I can stand up straight (no bending over) while in use. So far I have used in on asphalt, concrete, gravel and grass without issue. I highly recommend this product.
This has changed my life. A first time use resulted in my camper parked perfectly centered in a tight spot with no damage :)
I have a combo paved/gravel surface with only a slight rise at the start, otherwise it's flat with limited maneuvering space. It took me about 30 mins to get the camper parked (probably less) and I never worried about the battery charge. My version was also working the trailer brakes too...a brilliant feature as it keeps the whole rig from jerking around during my frequent stops to check my clearances.
Some usage comments. I had to be careful where I placed my wood blocks under my trailer lift so the dolly could get into position. I had to remove the disc foot for my lift because it was hitting the wheels of the dolly. And, I will have to pivot/turn the camper (rear) to the right since the chain for the dolly is on the dolly's left and turning the camper the other way gets the lift post a little too close to the chain, restricting how severe of a turn I can make (to the left). It does have to be muscled into place to turn the camper but that may just be my lack of experience in letting it do all the work.
Overall, great product!
