Rivington Mitsubishi

I bought a Chev 2500HD truck from them. It was the fastest, easiest deal I ever made on a big ticket item, and I've never been sorry. When I'm ready for another truck, that's where I'm going.

I got a couple of telephone quotes from other garages about replacing the transmission extension casing on my 2004 F150. Rivington's quote was more than $200 less than the other guy. When they were doing the work, I was told that the only 'surprise' might be if the U-joints needed replacing (I assumed this to be the up sell), but low and behold they were still good. Not only did they not automatically try and up sell me the U joints, but they over quoted the original price because the drive shaft seal actually came with the housing and wouldn't be an added cost. Maybe I'm just cynical, but I always except garages to hose you for everything they possibly can, even things you don't need... and Rivington's didn't. I was pleasantly surprised to walk away with the work done cheaper than the original phone quote.
