The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the front staff who was opening today. If you need help finding somethung, don't be afraid to ask as they aren't a rude bunch by any sense of the imagination.

Went in to look for a PC for my office. It's a bright, pleasant store and the staff are very helpful. I was asked several times if there was something they could do for me but really I was just gathering information. Encouraging to be able to do that with help but without pressure.

Just needed to get photocopies. Staff was NOT helpful, did not take the copies, did show me how, but gave me wrong information about paper sizing, and other pertinent information I needed. I figured it out myself after I printed 19 pages on 11 x 17. Vost a fortune. Not impressed.

I ordered a product to be delivered to this store. I went to pick it up and the woman at the counter was finishing passport photos. She didn't even acknowledge me for many minutes, finally asking and saying she'd page another CS when I said I was picking up a package. The other CS ;couldn't do it. So I had to wait and wait for Amanda to finally finish up (she wasn't in a rush) with passport people. Then put the camera away. Then put the binder away. Then put something else away. Then something else. Sigh. Finally got served.
