This is the oldest chip wagon dating back to 1939. Refurbished many times since, Mikes Fries as its known locally, continues to deliver grade A fries under the current ownership. Only fries are sold so they are gluten free. You can even order them drizzled in hot butter!
We usually visit Arnprior once a year on a pilgrimage to eat some of Wes’s fries which we have always considered the benchmark to evaluate all fries against. Well, Valley Fries in Carleton Place is giving you a run for your money! And it’s on 18 km away from where we live.
