Verdun Windows and Doors

Excellent service from the day we met Mike the sales rep to the day we met the installation crew. Jesse and his team were amazing. Very friendly, punctual and professional. They are very good and meticulous workers. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. The price is the best we got from 5 different places and their product is by far the best.

The entire process, from beginning to end, was extremely smooth. Verdun sent a sales rep, Andrew, to our house to measure the door (which was quite a stress reliever because I certainly didn't know what to measure) and to inform us of the process. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.

On the day of the installation we were called ahead of time to let us know the installer was on the way. The installation crew was great. They asked questions up front about the work area and if they could use the power from the house. They cleaned up as the worked and spent the time to make sure everything was installed correctly. They pointed out any area of concern and made recommendations on how to fix any issues. Once the door was installed they made sure the entire work area (inside and outside) was cleaned up and that all the caulking was completed and looked nice.

We will, without a doubt, be going with Verdun for our future window and door needs.

We are very happy with our new windows from Verdun. We immediately noticed the difference in how much better the new windows are at maintaining the heat in this cold weather. This is especially true of the large picture window - before, when it was cold we always felt a chill when we were near it; now with the Verdun window, there is no coolness at all. The installation went well - the installers arrived on time, and made sure to prepare things ahead of time and to put down runners to protect the floors, and they made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. They were polite and professional and worked quickly but did not rush. They took the time needed to do the job right. The new windows are not just functional, they look great, too! They definitely give an updated appearance to the house compared to the old windows. All in all, Verdun exceeded our expectations, and we can highly recommend them!

Verdun Windows are terrific. From my first call to the final installation they were fast, accurate and efficient. Our sales person was highly competent. She really knew her product and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. Our installer was very clean and careful and worked quickly and safely. I would not hesitate to recommend Verdun Windows. The lead time from order to delivery was long but we knew that before we ordered so just be aware that it takes time to build a good quality window. Great service, great product.

Verdun did an excellent job installing my new windows. The difference between my 24 year old windows and verdun's made a noticeable increase to our quality of life. We no longer have to adjust the thermostat constantly.
The installers were professional and courteous, I was quite surprised by there efficiency with the project. So happy with the project that I will have them come back and do the doors.
