Contacted Winmar to assist my elderly Mother who had a flood in her apartment unit. They were quick to respond and assist her. Staff were friendly and took all the necessary covid precautions by wearing masks. They also sent samples for testing for asbestos before completing the required work as the building Manager was uncertain of age of building. Very happy with the work completed.

After I had a noticed I had a potential leak in my foundation, I started searching for a service provider that could not only take care of the leak, but could also restore my basement, including the carpet and drywall, that was ruined as a result of the leak.
WINMAR Lanark was not only the first to respond to my query, they (Brent) were the most professional and knowledgeable of all the service providers I spoke with. After okaying his estimate, he showed up to my address immediately and proceeded to remove the effected drywall and carpeting, stating that there might be a mold concern, this assured me that he was in fact knowledgeable. He proceeded to treat the entire effected area to prevent mold and cleaned up the area once he was finished. I have to say it was nice, and not very common, to see an owner roll up his sleeves and get the job done!
Brent immediately had the leak was attended too, and once tested, the rest of the work (drywall inc moldings, and carpeting) went off seamlessly. From start to finish the experience was 1st class and done in a very timely manner. I would recommend anyone to utilize his services, you will not be disappointed.
