We recently bought an old farm house and have been renovating it over the last couple months. We happened to stumble on Smiths Falls Building Supplies while we were looking for places to buy flooring. My wife and I had just finished a full day of shopping for flooring and cabinets and other house items. Every place we went to the employees didn't seem invested in what we were doing. They just wanted us to hurry up and pick something, buy it and leave.

When we found Smiths Falls Building Supplies the next morning we decided to check it out. From the moment we walked in it was a completely different experience from the other suppliers. Peter spent 3 plus hours with us designing our kitchen layout and picking out flooring. He seemed truly invested and interested in what we were trying to do. He also gave us ideas and suggestions to make our kitchen look nicer. The following day, after the initial design, he asked if we wanted under cabinet lighting. When we went back to finalize the kitchen he had all the under cabinet lighting stuff laid out. It felt like he was our personal supplier. He never rushed us, or tried pushing us to just pick something and move on.

We bought all our flooring, cabinets and counter tops from Peter.
As we continue with our renovation I will be buying everything from Smiths Falls Building Supplies. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. The knowledge and customer service is truly unmatched.

We rented a UHaul truck from here for my daughter's move. They were very helpfull and easy to deal with.
