Blueberry Mountain Trail

Pleasant walk. Friendly chickens at the entrance to the trail. Suitable home for most fitness levels. Fantastic view from the top. Part way up when you hear the running water, take the party to the right to get a bite of the stream.

Such a great hike, a babbling brook runs beside the trail for a while. It's well marked and broad enough to walk side by side for part of it. It is steep for a very short bit at the end ,. But the subsequent look out makes it very worthwhile.

Around a 5 km hike round trip. View at the top spectacular. Only last few hundred metres steep. Even young kids can do this with assistance in places.

A short but relatively easy hike for a hike up a mountain. There are a number of informative signs along the way. Great views from the peak. The worst aspect of this hike is the drive down the muddy but smooth roads to get there.

Well kept, couldn't ask for a simpler hike. Fairly flat for the first 2 kilometers finishing off with a moderately steep incline to get to the top. Well worth the trip. Be wary whilst driving up as the last few kilometers of road are narrow and have lots of blind spots. Happy trails ? be respectful and leave no trace.
