I brought my road bike in to get a tube and tire replaced, and had a great experience chatting with Bill. He answered all my questions and provided some great suggestions that made my next ride feel like I was on a brand new bike. His work and customer service are top notch. Great bicycle shop with terrific service, the owner Bill is very friendly and honest.
It’s difficult to describe the charm of this small bike shop. Here you will find the lost art of community spirt along with skill of a seasoned veteran. The owner is also well known for his contributions to the less fortunate, a program where used bikes are accepted, rebuilt, and then sent off to developing countries where a bicycle is the difference between employment and poverty. This bike shop may not be the biggest, but it has the heart many times the size of others.
