Best chocolate i've ever had. It is obvious that they put lots of effort into each one and its worth every penny! If you are thinking of going there or trying some, definately do it!

I haven't had a chance to visit Hummingbird but I did pick up some of their Mayan dark chocolate and it was some of the best I have had and a little slice to add. This is amazing chocolate unlike anything I have had as of recent. If you want something special then pick it up. I'll be coming back again!

Visited late August and they were only allowing one group in at a time. The bars were on the pricey side but the service was very friendly. The hispaniola was great and had a fruity hint. The PB&Joy tasted very similar but had a subtle peanut butter flavour. Definitely prefer the former.

Best chocolate in the Ottawa valley, service is great and folks are friendly, many businesses could learn from them , product and service is excellent
