She took the time to find out what I wanted from my fitness journey and we worked around movements that I was not comfortable with in past exercise programs. Each session was very well thought out and it more felt as though I had a workout partner, not just a Personal Trainer. The studio itself was incredibly well maintained with extensive equipment options to provide a well rounded fitness experience.
