Once I approve the drawings, the turnaround time to receive them has been days versus weeks. The wall units fit snuggly and are easy to install. It arrived within a very reasonable amount of time considering that it's the holiday season, and it's very good quality. I have it set up in my garage and it gives me everything that I need to practise all winter. The company kept me informed and were helpful when I had difficulty (self imposed) assembling the net.
