(September 17, 2019, 4:10 pm)Unfortunately quite slow. For the most part only one representative working the cash 4 inside purchases. Staff appear to be very busy for obvious reasons but the woman making sandwiches should acknowledge customers who thanked her for making their sandwiches. As they say it's all about customer service!

Wish the stuck more to donuts like they used to than burgers etc but they are my families favourite coffee shop I only rated them 4 star as they are not in Southern England yet so unless we travel to Wales , Scotland or Ireland we have to travel to Canada to get one .
