Black Iron Catering

What an amazing catering company. Matt created an amazing theme and menu to go with my husband's big 60th. Everything was perfect. The guests loved the food, the presentation and Matt was great and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again for any gathering or work related event.

I had the privilege of having Black Iron cater our alternate wedding celebration during the pandemic, and I cannot recommend Matthew and the Black Iron team any higher. Given the difficulties of preparing a menu for 15 guests that would be able to be self-served and help us stay safe among the families, Black Iron exceeded every expectation we had. Deciding on the menu was a surprisingly fun and effortless process guided by Matthew’s extensive culinary depth. Nothing was off the table, and Matthew was able to suggest and deliver elevated versions of some of our favorite foods (try his double smoked bacon mac and cheese – you won’t be disappointed).

The portions were extremely abundant, the food quality was excellent, and everyone left needing the recipe for Black Irons’ delicious peanut sauce. Beyond the food, Black Iron was able to provide everything we’d need for serving and dining, including environmentally friendly options for plates and cutlery.

I would recommend Black Iron for any personal or professional catering for groups of any size.

Awesome job!! Black Iron catered my elopement party of 35 people. Matthew is such a pleasure to deal with which made my experience a 5 star. He is very professional yet easy going which is the perfect recipe for a chef! Menu planning was easy, and we had a few vegetarians who were also happily accommodated.
