Very nice place to visit I was so impressed by the looks of it and I am sure I will visit this place this winter to have a feeling of how it’s like to be under the five span bridge in winter
This was a beautiful discovery along our drive. The bridge is thought to be one of the only 5 span stone bridges left in North America. The town was once a thriving mill town, now it is a quiet little stop along the road. The rapids that flow under the bridge used to carry logs down to Ottawa for the lumber industry. Boating seems to be big right here, as boats enter the water at the boat ramp along with people fishing from shore.
nice and clean . fun to walk in the water or swim . fishing can be good but not a hot spot by any means
It is a beautiful spot to look at and if you want peace and quiet it is lovely . The spot has very little to offer that a beautiful view. It would be better if more pivinic shelters and maybe a few more shops or places to visit in village . The scenary cannot be faulted though.
