What can I say! Burchell Glass was incredible to work with for my new windows! I had the pleasure of working with Trevor on the order, and he came out quickly to measure and inspect, and got me back a quote quickly that was very competitive! He set my expectations for delivery with the current supply chain delays and was spot on. When I needed a door to be modified and called all around Ottawa, nobody would touch it. I called Trevor and he said no problem, bring it by! They also did an amazing job on that!
When it came time for installation, the job site was tricky to get to, but the pro installers at Burchell Glass did an incredible and professional job, they were great, and a friendly group of guys!
I'm never shopping in Ottawa again for windows and doors, I'll always use Burchell. Highly Recommend!
