had starter motor replaced today on my element. Mike did my work, and as always he was straight, honest and knowledgable. he can see the big picture as far as keeping my long term cost of repairs to minimum. ty Mike the mechanic and Paul the service advisor.

CT could a better job of training their young staff in the Garden Department on some basic information regarding their department- and if they don't know the answer to a question, to find it. Their Customer Service skills could use some fine tuning as well. Like when they see an old lady who just purchased 4 potted plants struggling to get them to her car- offer her a cart.
