The team at heritage bikes went over and beyond to get my bike ready for me, even with staff shortage they stayed late so that I could have it on time. They are very professional, informative and friendly. I highly recommend them.

What a great experience dealing with this team. Patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Made a 4 hour trip on the account of then being highly recommended and wasn't disappointed. Not only will they set you up with all your biking needs they're also great tour guides and knew everything going on in the city. Excellent resource for a family trip.

Superb service and excellent people! The team at Heritage is knowledgeable and friendly and really made our day. Perth is a lovely place to explore by bike - you can just park at the store and set off from there. Highly recommended.

They were absolutely lovely with my 7 year old daughter. She was getting her first big kid bike without training wheels! They really worked with her to find the perfect one- they set it all up for her and gave her lots of pointers and made her feel excited about her new wheels. It was a great experience.
